I was excited about starting at Redgate but worried it would not live up to the hype of being a great place to work. I was wrong - it was even better than that! Great office, great people, real collaborative atmosphere, great benefits - good quality free breakfasts and lunch every day, flexible working. It makes you feel so proud to work there and wear the hoodie! Good support and development if you are after that and they do care about their staff. Never seen a company like that before, and I have seen a few! CEO is an inspiration and the leaders passionately care about the people and the company. Lots of people promoted quickly and if you are good, you can rise up the org. Best christmas parties!

Leaving is hard! I don't think you will find anything better in terms of enjoying your role, although you may find somewhere closer to home or paying more money. The only con is the traffic in the area, oh, and the fact that occasionally if you are late for breakfast they may have run out of sausages!
