      A very comfortable place to work with a real social conscience. Careful about hiring which leads to amazing team fit and the best teamwork I've seen anywhere. Extremely honest management with a high degree of transparency.

      Software for data professionals is not the most exciting. Salaries are benchmarked but still lower than s lot of places. Redgate grows slowly and steadily which doesn't equate to many development opportunities or interesting roles opening up.

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
