      flexibility, company events, the office, the people. the atmosphere and how the business treats its employees. Benefits are brilliant and the overall offering the company gives its employees is brilliant. A family friendly business!!

      Only 2 showers in the office makes it a nightmare on a Thursday after 5 aside football. Salary could always be improved but that's standard in any company

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
