Very welcoming and friendly staff, very open and communicative. Training was thorough and comprehensive. Throughout slow nights and busy ones, I always knew what to do and how to do it. Plus, I always had other people I felt comfortable turning to if I had a question or concern.

Very much part-time, as this job was only active when the theater was actively running a production.

If you’re considering working here, be prepared to be underappreciated and overworked. The expectations are sky-high with little support, and you may find yourself doing the job of several people without acknowledgment. Management and education department will run you into the ground if you let them. The pay does not reflect the workload or the value of your time and skills. Proceed with caution.
