Entire internship program is run by interns managing other interns with no experienced full time employees involved in guidance. All communication handled through WhatsApp which is unprofessional. Tasks are not properly disclosed upfront and expectations change without prior communication. Interns are thrown into live work without structured training or onboarding. Unprofessional conduct from senior team members went unaddressed when escalated.

i would not suggest any

> uses ai in their official presentations > asks for hiring only female interns (fishy) > the work is boring, you'd have to call people daily and follow their script > not flexible, poor work life balance
