absolutely everything else: they pay you horribly bad, most supervisors are absolutely unaware of how to deal with any type of hard situations and refuse to take escalation calls, you are never fully prepared to do your job, the offices are usually dusty and dirty, any broken objects take weeks to fix, the hardware is ancient, etc etc etc
