Small company, but everyone is willing to help out when needed.

Same hurdles any other small company would have

- the people were all very nice and willing to collaborate on ideas -pay was fair

- Disorganized. With it being a smaller company there wasn't a lot of role definition or systems put in place for getting things done efficiently. Marketing team was small and stretched thin so it was kind of just whoever could add to their plate atm did the job or specific task. Although the team was very open to new ideas, there would be multiple times where I would start looking into something and then the direction would shift. - Remote work made it hard to collaborate/communicate sometimes
