Inconsistent training across the firm (acquired/merged firms) Inconsistent processes across the firm (acquired/merged firms) Huge Acquisitions Focus - could do with spending money to hire additional staff in a number of departments as well as updating/advancing processes internally to make for smoother day to day running rather than looking for the newest acquisition opportunity. Wage for some roles is lower than other firms are offering (Legal Assistant/Legal Advisor)

Redkite has a genuinely kind and supportive culture. People really look out for each other, and there’s a real sense of teamwork across the firm from the top down. The company is developing quickly and it feels like it’s becoming something really special.
