      Started in the most junior position, receiving 4 promotions in as many years and now look after an excellent, driven and highly successful team. The new offices are fantastic, modern and the perfect environment for people to flourish. The culture is perfectly balanced between work and play.

      Recruitment is long hours. Life at Redline is no different. There is no strict order to work these hours, but if you are in the top 10 leader board, your generally here beyond 6.00pm. When you work in meritocracy, you should review salaries more consistently. There are great business processes about how to do the job, but less when it comes to internal staff matters.

      The managent team can be excellent motivators and the business has some great clients.

      My biggest frustration at Redline was always inconsistency, you never knew what decisions the Directors made would affect you next, and these decisions would come completely out of nowhere with employees simply not being looped in.
