Work life balance is difficult, you still work longer hours The company can work on having more PoCs in leadership

As a whole people were friendly and the work was interesting, pay was decent.

Managers were terrible. There was no psychological safety, even with HR. There were also no safe escalation paths for problems because of how small the firm was. Junior staff was lovely, but bogged down and walking on eggshells with most managers.
