People on the team care about their work, their team and on the customer outcome. Very low turnover. Work from home flexibility. Things don't always go great in a service business, so it's easy to involve management in problem solving or difficult conversations. Professional development is decent, but it will be one on one, they are not going to pay for classes, certifications or training. They allowed a great deal of leeway with an exec that contracted cancer and organized several events in support of him.

Due to the fact that people care a great deal as to the outcomes, it's very easy to feel disappointed when we don't come through for them. There are some areas of the business that don't have much accountability because of how hard they work vs. what they accomplish.
