Updates/ changes to coding seem to break more than they fix, causing Support to receive the brunt of the trauma from customer feedback - causes burnout. They don't pay their employees what they are worth, causing quality employees to jump ship, after many conversations giving the company a chance to keep them. They say they like to hire from within first, but hold qualified employees back because they "can't afford to lose them" to another position. This will cause them to lose them as an employee completely. Not enough care about employees who don't do their job or are terrible at their job, causing more work for the other underpaid employees.
