I have been working at Redwood for less than five months, and it has already been one of the best professional experiences of my life. We are given time during working hours to explore new topics, improve our skills, and expand our knowledge. This shows how much they invest in their employees’ development. What stands out the most is how much they care about their employees. The work environment is respectful and supportive, and everyone is treated with genuine appreciation. Even when I worked overtime, my manager reached out to remind me not to exceed working hours and to maintain a healthy work-life balance. It honestly feels surprising at times how much they care. Overall, this has been an incredibly positive experience, and I feel very fortunate to be part of this company.
