Overall, I can recommend this company as an exciting place to work for. Also, the colleagues I worked with in various departments are dedicated and very smart. Further, you are given very much flexibility on how you do your work and from where you work, as long as you deliver your results. My manager always supported me when I wanted to learn something new and he was also very committed to ensuring that I was happy. Within the last months, we made vast progress on several projects, and I am convinced that we will be able to reshape how people are moving in cities within the following years. As in every Startup, things can be very chaotic, and you often have to drive things on your own to make progress. Also, the small team sizes in some teams are sometimes frustrating, as people are very busy with their own day-to-day job. But management is working on resolving this issue currently and hiring plenty of people for critical roles.
