Great direct manager in the Account Management Team. Some excellent people in Senior Management that will listen and drive you.

Bad trajectory for employees. Some terrible people in middle management positions. Bad salary and overall package. Outdated values - the Reed colours uniform is ridiculous.

It has a very flat structure and every one at each level can communicate freely and suggest innovative ideas.

When there is a query it becomes very difficult to restrategise as there is really no clear leadership at the top
