The culture is one of the strongest I’ve experienced and was a key reason I initially left and later chose to return. Work–life balance is better than most recruitment firms, with flexibility that increases alongside experience and seniority. While it isn’t a fully remote corporate business, there is still meaningful flexibility. Overall, it’s a supportive, professional, and people‑focused environment.

Pricing structures can also lack flexibility, particularly for longer‑term or strategic partnerships. As a large corporate organisation, processes can feel structured and less agile compared to competitors. Management capability can vary by team, and there can be a perceived lack of depth in training or resources compared with what you might expect in smaller, high‑growth consultancies, based on personal experience.
