The senior management has personal preferences; if they like you, you grow, no matter if you crush your team, if you don't perform, or if you are bad at your job, you only have to be liked. People are burn out and nobody does nothing about it. You complain to HR and they don't pass the information, they really don't care

Great environement, great team Nice place and very convenient
