However, bonuses are only tied to 'Teamwork'—meaning helping other teams or projects outside my scope. What’s even more frustrating is that working on weekends to help out doesn't even count toward the bonus calculation. It’s a confusing and demotivating system. While most coworkers are professional, a certain segment of the staff (about 5-10%) lacks basic maturity. When recurring mistakes are pointed out, these individuals respond with "ghosting" and childish exclusion. It is exhausting to deal with such two-faced, high-school-like behavior in a professional setting. There is a serious lack of "pros" who understand basic accountability and workplace etiquette.
