Broken systems and structures. Very poor and mostly unachieveable bonus quotas. They will mislead you about this to get you in the door. Then they will hold weekly meetings where they gloat about how much money the company is profiting. Out of touch upper management. A CEO that interferes in day to day operations as though he doesn't understand the realities of his actions. Loyal only to a dollar. Requires salried employees to volunteer to work 6 extra weekend shifts a year for free. Seems good at first but after time there you see how bad it really is.
