Friendly staff with the flexibility to work from home. But could be stressful at times.

Tight deadlines and overpromising, so it was stressful to execute the campaigns.

-Start-up culture. The people at Reelio are down to Earth, fun people that want to make a great product. You can feel the passion in the discussions and the culture. -They don't skimp on the snacks. -They are willing to take risks on people that might not have a Master's degree but have passion and ambition. -I have always gotten paid on time, and the pay was extremely fair for the industry. -There is always someone willing to help you out, and everyone is super cool about letting you look over their shoulder and see how they work through problems.

-If you can't find your own way and need a manager to tell you what you should be doing then it might be difficult to work here. It is a very "forge your own path" kind of culture and sometimes you can feel a little lost in the woods. -The interview process was pretty long for the position. I am glad that I got hired, I would have been pretty upset if I didn't because it was a pretty long process.
