Great company to work for and really supports employees

Long hours when good weather. Short hours during rain. Typical construction

overall company was great, most staff was amicable.

The company came off as a fun place to work for younger people - wrong. It looked like they liked to include everyone- wrong. I would have succeeded if it wasn't for my direct boss.
