      They pay on time. When you hit the targets everyone is happy with you.

      They can cut your pay at any time for any reason. I don't really know the CEO, but I'm put off by his personality. You can get fired via a Slack text... The leads I received were very poor and exhausted. I don't know anyone who earns a stable basic salary at this company. Everyone I knew, including managers, received performance-based pay. There's no work-life balance. Sometimes they'd ask you to make over 400 calls per day using their archaic dialler

      It's a great company with a lot of opportunity for growth. Plus, the people who work here especially the Team leaders who really love their job, and that's important to me. The company really care about its employees as well and providing a great working environment.

      No based pay, but commissions here are so dam* high. You just need to focus on your work and give your best

      The team is very forthcoming, and my manager is quite understanding.

      Pay is miserable, and pay raises are a myth. And there are no perks. The CEO doesn't really understand marketing and can be quite combative during meetings, and is trying to copy Tony Robinson. His Idol is Elon Musk. Do I need to add anything more?
