I have been a contractor for a few startups, but Refersion has definitely been my best experience. Like most succesful startups, everyone works very hard, and affiliate marketing continues to grow as an industry. Personally I think everyone in business should try to learn at least a little about how eCommerce works. Most of us continue to increase the percentage of our purchases online, and it's good to understand at least some of how the process works for us to be able to make these purchases. A recruiter at a startup is the middle person between the extremely busy people who work there, and the extremely busy people the company *wants* to have working there. So you're expected, (like everyone else), to be able to move at a fast pace, and stay in communication with hiring managers. At other startups, senior level leadership can be tough to communicate with, as a recruiter. Not so at Refersion. I'm not an engineer, so I can't review the company from that perspective, but they seem to have a team that works well together and the company's growth and success speaks for itself. I feel very appreciative for the opportunity to add this experience to my recruitment skill set.
