Fake Support from Management: Management talks like they care about your well-being, but they really don't. If a client is rude or treats you badly, management won't stand up for you. You are basically on your own and have to handle it yourself. • No Job Security: There is high attrition and constant layoffs. Many people are leaving, and others are being fired because the company doesn't have enough good projects. It feels very unstable right now. • Promotion is a Joke: It’s not about how hard you work or your skills. It’s all about "visibility." If you don’t play games, attend every event at the office, visit the office often, and chat up the HR team, getting a promotion is difficult. If you are focused only on your work, you mostly get ignored. • Useless Training & Overtime: There are so many mandatory trainings that are useless for our actual jobs. Since you still have to finish your regular tasks, you end up working a lot of overtime just to complete these trainings so they don't ruin your performance rating. • Low Pay and Hikes: The salary is below the industry average. Even if your manager gives you a good rating, the hike is minimal—it’s just for name's sake. • Unstable Projects: They often force you to work on technologies you don't know because they lack projects. If you aren't ready to jump into whatever they give you, you better be ready to find another job.
