It certainly helps to be working in a competitive space where the product is superior to most. With that and the extremely knowledgeable team, I feel that I'm in the best position possible to drive new business. Great work-life balance, great benefits, tons of recognition for a job well done.

Still a relatively small company with a start-up feel. This means direct communication with C-level leadership. In my experience, this isn't a bad thing as C-level team members get to see how well I am performing and offer constructive criticism when relevant. There are two offices- One in San Mateo and one in Chicago. I work in the Chicago office which has much less people in it. Sometimes I wish there were more people in the office but as it, it has lead to more quality relationships over quantity.

You will get to know and learn about a lot of new technologies that are on demand nowadays. The work culture is quite flexible and you can try and experiment a lot of things, which I liked very much. The company is lead by a group of talented individuals who are bringing on more and more investments and expanding the company at a very fast space. For recreation , we had a ping pong table and free food :). There were team outings once in a month :).. People here are super helpful. The CTO has a great vision for the company and you will find yourself very much aligned with his vision.

There is somewhat lack of communication between various teams of the company and over-dependency on certain individuals. It would be really great if there is a well-defined plan to switch people between teams . This way a person's knowledge is not limited to his / her team only but he would be diligent enough to work across teams.
