WFH - is great. but abused in my opinion by some as tickets are ignored until a few calls from the client. Lots of potential in growth, from positions to company - but this is never/rarely mentioned

Far too much customers/clinics for support to handle - but the ,managers/brass are aware and hiring, just the pay is a little low and doesn't increase pay - no mentions of raises during "the few min year end reviews" i've had lack of team meetings; a lot of issues are no shared. very few people help our fellow team members not much info about current events unless they are major
