Disorganized, jumping from shiny thing to shiny thing based on the latest a16z trend. Many of them would have worked had they executed better. UPDATE: Also want to add that it’s clear the only goal here is profit. No commitment to any higher contribution to society or anything more than that except maybe the friends you make along the way (until they no longer help accomplish the first goal, at which point they are thrown overboard). In some ways having such goals be overt is respectable, and preferable to operating under false pretenses. But know that’s what you are signing up for. And also know the company hasn’t had the best track record at making any progress towards that goal.
