In my entire career, I have been with a lot of companies that wants you to stick with one core responsibility that they have hired you for, but here the environment here is truly beyond words, the culture is on point, the work is on point, and there are endless opportunities for everyone, regardless of the vertical or department. If you believe you can add value somewhere, you're encouraged to do so, even if it's outside your core responsibilities. I would rate it a 10/10 organization to work for.

There are no major cons as such. In fact, what some might see as a con could actually be a pro — the work timings are strict, with a fixed 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM schedule. However, there is flexibility if prior approval is taken. Apart from that, everything else is great.
