The team of coaches is excellent, and the population being served deserves support.

No—HR, onboarding/training, or payroll company. You have unrealistic response times, the required equipment is not provided, and you wear all caps from IT to sales. There is no way to bill for time outside of direct client contact.

Not a difficult job. I could easily do a week's work in 3 days.

The founders have no names; well, they do, but no one says their name and they are unreachable, which makes no sense considering it is a tiny company. No one knows what they are doing, which is strange. When no one talks to one another, things just go haywire most of the time.
