Horrible - Recensione dipendente - Maintenance Technician presso Refresco

Zero support. Always running around putting out fires. Preach continuous improvement, but when it comes down to it, management is incapable of thinking more than two days ahead. Production schedule will change day to day. Lying managers. Constant state of anxiety to get everything done right now. Toxic work environment. Absolutely horrible worker culture which stems from management. Inmates run the asylum. Refresco is doing a very, very poor job of tending to the “problem” plants. They never had us adopt the same standards and expectations. There was no intelligence involved in planning this acquisition.
