- Extremely toxic work environment rooted in micromanagement and control. - Leadership style borders on authoritarian — employee autonomy is virtually nonexistent. - Rampant favoritism; decisions and opportunities are not based on merit or performance. - Unrealistic workloads and expectations with no consideration for employee well-being. - Meetings are unstructured and always on leadership’s time, with no respect for personal schedules or existing responsibilities. - Even small things, like eating lunch at your desk, are restricted without justification. - Workplace culture lacks professionalism, transparency, and respect for boundaries. - Serious ethical and potentially illegal practices were observed during my time there, raising grave concerns about internal operations and oversight.
