Working for a smaller company really makes a difference, as you genuinely feel seen and appreciated rather than just being another number. The team is incredibly friendly and supportive, and there’s always someone willing to help if you need it. It creates a really positive working environment where you feel so comfortable asking questions, learning, and growing in your role. The role is fully remote, which gives you the flexibility to work from anywhere and makes balancing work and home life much easier. There’s also the option to use the shared London office space if you want a change of scenery or a bit of human interaction now and again, which is a really nice bonus.

The company has a great culture and work life balance. It's extremely rewarding work and I've found ample opportunities for progression.

Predominantly working from home. If you prefer to be in the office you may find this difficult.
