- 9am-5pm working day - Supportive management - Really interesting work - Knowledgeable team - Autonomy It is so refreshing to work for a company with management who are actual experts in what they do (coming from a previous job where this was far from the case!) I have learnt so much and continue to do so, with a lot of support. There are no ego’s here, everyone just gets their heads down and works really hard, regardless of ‘role’. The work is interesting and varied. It is a nice mix between customer facing (telephone calls and emails) and then time writing up cases for clients. You have to be organised to keep on top of the workload, but I feel it’s completely manageable. It is discussed every morning to see what capacity everyone has to take on new cases (or if anyone needs any help). Every single person at Refundee is approachable and happy to help. It’s also lovely that everyone has a great sense of humour, and we often finish each day with a good laugh.
