Following the recent layoffs, the atmosphere is characterized by fear and burnout. ​ Low Pay: Compensation is significantly below market average. You’re expected to take on the workload of three people with zero financial incentive or cost-of-living adjustments. ​ ​Bottom Line: Unless you enjoy high stress for low pay while watching your colleagues get cut, look elsewhere.
