The people are what make working at regal cinemas fun. The management teams are competent and accommodating. Time of is available.

Svantaggi

Working holidays is not fun. Dealing with irate customers sucks. The CEO is not willing to give up bonuses...they'd rather cut your hours.

The primary issue lies in the disconnect between local management and corporate HR, specifically regarding off-boarding and payroll accuracy. I submitted a formal two-week notice which was reportedly never filed by my manager. This resulted in an "ineligible for rehire" status despite my following all proper protocols. Furthermore, communication from Corporate is inconsistent and contradictory. I was told both that my notice was received but my two weeks were incomplete, and then later told that no notice was submitted at all. Even with physical proof of attendance (after a manager failed to adjust a manual clock-in as promised) and proof of the submitted notice, Corporate refused to correct the record.
