Everyone enjoyed a full, paid week off when our CEO closed all offices for the week of Christmas last year, in recognition of everyone's hard work during a particularly challenging year. This was announced at our annual Awards Banquet, a Regency sponsored, overnight celebration to show all of our employees that we care, and love to see them succeed. Additionally, we are glad that you pointed out our bonus opportunities, which are available at all levels, as another way we ensure that employees are rewarded for going above and beyond at Regency.
