Residents, families and community co-workers. Pay was good. Decent bonus structure. Average vacation & sick leave. Good medical, dental. A/P department has made vast improvements in past year.
Svantaggi
Regional management very insecure consistently fires people who have more knowledge or higher skill set. Then hires people who have absolutely no background in Assisted Living so they can feel better about themselves and their lack of skills. This was a very good company to work for but It's a shame it's being run into the ground by poor staffing decisions.
