However if you are on the right side of favoritism, you could be filthy rich in no time - IT is the biggest hell hole. From leadership to vision, this is a problem area. If you have any overlap with IT, consider that you will never be able to accomplish your goals - Did I say, HR business partner is completely disengaged.
