The Company operates pretty much under the absolute control of the owner. There were Three individuals below the owner that had certain amount of authority to assist on the decision process on how the company supposed to operate .. mainly in a job to job basis and also on a branch to branch basis ( National and International Branches ) . It is a fact that at times the owner can be a difficult individual to deal with , mainly because he likes Things done in accordance with the “ menu of the day” However , that being said; this particular way of running this international company requires certain type of personnel that will be accommodating to this work environment. You have to be flexible, be able to work under pressure and be a great firefighter! You need to have the courage to express yourself on what you feel that will aje things more practical and efficient, even when you are at risk of getting “ fire from above “ ( witch it will happen from time to time .. but the benefits are : 1: you will earn the respect from the owner ( and others in management positions) and you will be earning point in trust and some freedom in the decision making process within your department. When on an International assignment, The management team ( including the Corporate QA QC Manager have ample authority to make operational decisions as long as the owner be kept in the loop of things . It is important to mention that, like in most others Corporations, it is up to the individual to have the skills to negotiate with the owner the privileges that you feel you are entitled to when traveling aboard. Best accommodations, car rental , food allowances etc , and do not make the mistake of assuming that the good boss will volunteer anything other than the very basic needs for you . However.. there is one thing that I would like to add : Regent Aerospace offers a very unique opportunity to those individuals that want to enter the aerospace industry with minor skills or even with very limited academic education. Regent Aerospace opens the door of opportunity to this individuals with training programs , education in FAA regulations , technical discipline and the unique opportunity to travel to many parts of the world with free travel fees and accommodations. While getting a higher pay rate while traveling! Yes, it is a demanding, challenging work environment.. not for the faint of heart .. and aside from Recognition from others , you had the unique opportunity to acknowledge to yourself that indeed you have what it takes to step up to the plate and keep the plane flying, even when things do not go as perfect as expected.

The company can be challenged by a continuous rotation of personnel, since the company does not promote any interest in retaining personnel where training time has been invested .. since there is little to none pay rate increase incentives . HR does not provide any support in employee causes and many looks after its own interests.. even if this requires omitting critical information to the company owner or other members of upper management. Taking the time to support training schedules and FAA facilities compliance requirements can be challenging at times
