*Had a great time roofing with my co workers during the Summer, Winter, and Fall! *If you know what is required of you within your job requirements they have no problem paying you what you ask for. *Love the Christmas parties they are to die for! *Extremely insightful co workers! *If u love the outdoors it's definitely the job for u. *Safety is the key *Alot of road trips

*Everybody isn't people friendly especially in the front office. *Some days are very long! *If u have a big family like I do with 4 or more kids it's not something u wanna do because it this job takes up alot of time

The pay was good and most of the people were nice.
