9yWe appreciate your feedback! Included in the six skills on which we evaluate every associate is team development and the ability to coach and mentor others. We factor all of these skills into our compensation and review process to ensure that our associates are held accountable for the way they develop their team members. To further give associates the opportunity to provide candid feedback to their supervisors, we utilize an anonymous, upward evaluation process on an annual basis. This allows the associates to express their comments/concerns honestly while providing supervisors the opportunity to improve their leadership skills. In addition, our annual associate engagement survey feedback is used to develop our people focused strategic initiatives each year. This is all in an effort to ensure that every voice is heard and valued within the entirety of the firm.
