We're hopeful that you have shared feedback regarding this through the variety of avenues that the firm provides. To give associates the opportunity to provide candid feedback to their supervisors, we utilize an anonymous, upward evaluation process on an annual basis. This allows the associates to express their comments/concerns honestly while providing supervisors the opportunity to improve their leadership skills. In addition, our annual associate engagement survey feedback is used to develop our people-focused strategic initiatives each year. Of course, open dialog through one-on-one conversations can also be super valuable. This is all in an effort to ensure that every voice is heard and valued within the entirety of the firm. Our firm and our leaders can only get better if we provide them with honest feedback!
