      The old leadership really tries to make sure you are appreciated in a number of way, unfortunately they are being replaced by newer less caring management.

      Entire company seems rampant with cronyism. If you become a manager's pet you will have a great career there. My co-workers were a bunch of gossipy whiners who criticized everyone. I felt like I was in high school again with the pettiness. Manager's pets can ruin your career there.
