-team is nice - free food on tuesdays -good place to gain experience

- communication is lack luster - no real manager for technicians - no escalation - bringing on more clients than techs can handle -client base is rude and nasty -on call is for anything and everything, not just emergencies and you are on your own during this time. -pay is not what it should be

Some nice people. People work hard here.

You'll put in hours upon hours into their work and none of it will be enough. Processes change like the wind and are not explained from the get-go. Upper management is super hostile and toxic, and the toxicity rolls downwards on everyone else. Most people I saw here were in constant fear of losing their jobs over every misstep. Customers are abusive as well so you get it from them, and from mgmt. Pay is very low for the amount of work expected.
