You need to be part of the clique that came over with the CEO from a major plumbing supply company or you don't get credit for what you worked hard to achieve.

The company acknowledges receipt of this feedback and do sincerely regret the experience this individual has had and wish him/her the very best in their business and personal life.
Selling Fuel isn't the most exciting thing, but it is important.

Top is changing quite fast and implementing systems that don't necessarily work in some locations.
Operating on one of the oldest versions of SAP, making some task take longer than it reasonably should.
Sometimes there are too many people trying to be the lead and nothing gets done.
