Deterioration Under New Leadership: The introduction of Taimur from Karachi as the project director in 2020 marked a significant decline. Projects consistently resulted in losses, and the working environment became hostile and demotivating. High Turnover and Dissatisfaction: The negative impact of new leadership was evident in the departure of long-term team members and a decline in morale. Many team members, having worked together for years, left due to the challenging environment created under Taimur's supervision.
