The list of pros and support from the management is an extended one BUT to receive even a shimmer of that you need to be related directly or indirectly to the management. So, in short, there were none for the hard-working individuals.

The culture is pathetic with clear signs of favoritism running through different departments. If you are trying to form a perspective with the help of online reviews, you may forget about it as the management forces employees to post positive comments/ reviews regularly across social media platforms to keep the ratings consistently high. One way to identify the forced reviews(not always true) is the innumerable grammatical errors that could be found floating in them.
