I hope this does not sound bitter to those reading, the intention is to give potential applicants some of the information I wish I had before working here Overall overworked, stressed and unhappy teams  High employee turnover. This speaks for itself  Teams are lean and there’s been layoffs so lots of people are carrying a heavy workload  They will fake smile at you. If you are thinking that the ‘we are nice and lovely’ culture seems too good to be true, it’s because it is   Toxic culture, blame game, you will be yelled at if you are not hitting your target  They're living off past glory and success, but not adjusting the business strategy and product to the current times. High churn  They want the commercial team to hit the target at ANY cost. Close every deal, even if it’s not the best fit. Customer wants to cancel? Throw every discount under the sun at them  if you are in sales, you don’t have a proper desk, they make you sit in stools  Toxic people in positions of leadership   Nepotism. Quite cliquey. leadership are best buddies. Some used to work in the same company before  If you are part of certain group, you are probably doing the least amount of work, with the highest paying salary. They have their clear favourites, and if you aren't one of them, good luck  Middle management is unexperienced and clueless about how to mentor teams  If this is your first job or are a recent grad they will manipulate you, make fake promises, and string you along with no real plan or concern for professional development  They have a team in the states but it is very lean, so you are expected to work US hours   The list goes on. Avoid.

Our rapid growth, however, can bring challenges and we readily acknowledge that sometimes we do experience growing pains or simply make mistakes. We are sorry for your experiences, but there are things we are proud about – where we have been able to make meaningful positive impact on our amazing employees. Whether this is giving someone their very first job and helping them learn, develop and gain experience that they can take with them into future roles; support those who want to become first time managers; provide free personal development training via our RI Academy; or just simply being there when they are going through hard times outside of work.

Starting my career journey fresh out of grad school, working at Relative Insight was an absolute pleasure. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such an incredible team and would highly recommend Relative Insight. Company Culture: From day one, Relative Insight's leadership team went above and beyond (literally) to make me feel valued and welcomed. In my time at Relative Insight, I can honestly say I never experienced a negative interaction with anyone. They truly prioritize their people, making it a joy to come to work every day. Leadership: James Cuthbertson, our Chief Revenue Officer, epitomized leadership and enthusiasm. Cutty was a role model who led by example, motivating the commercial team with his actions as much as his words. His “work-hard play-hard” mentality made my experience working at Relative Insight both fulfilling and enjoyable. The same goes for our VP of Sales, Rachel Banks. Quarterbacking our sales team, Banksy’s work ethic inspired us to exceed targets, set new standards of excellence, and make a lot of money in the process. Transitioning to an Account Management role, I had the privilege of working closely with Marcus Pemberton, our VP of Customer Success. Marcus was a natural leader and imparted the skills needed to successfully manage client relationships. His support was invaluable, and I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from him. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The platform has the potential to be truly revolutionary--it's easy to use and brings so much value to engaged/creative customers. The people are a pleasure to work with--they come to work and are the best versions of themselves, willing to help wherever needed. If you're into text and language, come bring your passion to Relative. The team is still quite small so there's an opportunity to make a difference if you come in with confidence!
