Management feels like its run by teenagers, particularly in MACHINE SHOP. I've been here for 6 months and things have only gotten worse. At this moment I do not think Eric Schmidt is aware of the absolute negligence rampant in manufacturing management. 'Leaders' in the machine shop refuse to even look at the operators, let alone talk to them and ask how they are doing. I've never felt less welcomed in a workplace, ironically for all their DEI efforts...I cant provide any specific evidence, but I felt multiple times that I was being discriminated against; I cannot figure any other reason than my skin color. Matching ethnicities with management will help you at Relativity.
