I just have one problem..It is that when I have a problem with my settlements..I call to get results and I'm passed around to everyone and get no results..then they tell me to send a email..that takes 3 to 5 business days to respond to and by that time my settlement has already been paid with the error..other than that I love working with these guys but they have to work on that part

This team concept works well and provides stability and accountability among the different departments.

Regarding Safety: The calls I would get during the night if there was an accident or incident involving a customers property or hours of service (HOS) issues that may require towing a truck or shutting down a driver. This is a 24/7 operation that is fluid and keeps moving so I knew from the start I could receive a call any time day or night. I call this a con but its just part of the job.
